I am Rakotomalala Myriam. Right after giving birth to my daughter the changes in my life made me start to regularly deal with Pilates method. Movement has always been a part of my everyday life in the past, I have been dancing since my childhood. However, during the months after my daughter has been born – in addition to the weight and figure problems, that seemed to become permanent, and the pain in my back – I trusted less and less that ever in my life my muscles would be flexible again, without having strength and stamina problems, and basically I would feel myself fit and fine. And now this is my own physical condition that proves the best how Pilates technique can work wonders for our body, and our soul, too!
Flóra Domonkos
I was introduced to Pilates technique during my career as a dancer. Soon I realized the many benefits of this method for my muscles, joints, posture and strength. I recommend Pilates both for those who may need further challenge in their physical activities and for those who simply would like to gain better posture and shape, or reduce back pain. I earned my Pilates Instructor Certification from BASI in 2007.
My name is Nikolett Bader. I was a student of the Vienna Ballet Institute as well as The Budapest Dance Art Institution. This is when I recognized the importance of Pilates, and its move culture fascinates me. In 2005 I fulfilled a degree of this special body exercise therefore I have been teaching it since then. I hold Pilates classes in several languages such as Hungarian, English and Croatian. Recently I attended a Gyronotic course as well. |
